Common image formats
Uploads accept JPG/JPEG, PNG, TIFF/TIF, WebP, AVIF and HEIC/HEIF. You do not need to convert a phone photo just because it is saved as HEIC.
If you have the original file, use it instead of a downsized social media copy. Repeated JPEG saves can reduce quality, and small files do not contain the same detail as the original.
Camera RAW files
Upload RAW directly from the camera, including metadata. Compatibility also depends on the model and storage format. Nikon HE/HE* is not supported; if your camera offers another compatible RAW mode, select it before shooting.
If a file cannot be processed, renaming its extension will not help. Keep the original and create a real export to a supported format, such as TIFF or high-quality JPEG. For HDR, every exposure must have the same composition and retain the required information.
| Camera / format | Extensions |
|---|---|
| Sony | ARW, SRF, SR2 |
| Canon | CR2, CR3 |
| Nikon | NEF, NRW — except HE/HE* |
| Fujifilm | RAF |
| Olympus / OM System | ORF |
| Panasonic | RW2 |
| Hasselblad | 3FR, FFF |
| Pentax | PEF |
| Sigma | X3F |
| Leica | RWL, DNG |
| Adobe DNG, Apple ProRAW and DJI DNG | DNG |

After signing in, choose files from your device in the upload form or use cloud import. The first time you connect a cloud account, you authorize access; you do not enter its credentials into a standard FastHDR form.
A fixed exposure count requires complete sets. Device uploads use the selected file order; cloud imports use filename order. For mixed counts in one batch, select automatic grouping and check the previews.
Unable to upload or process a file?
- Check the 200 MB per-file limit and supported extension. Unzip archives first and select the photos themselves.
- Check that the file opens in a standard photo application. An incomplete copy from a card or cloud may be corrupt.
- For RAW files, check the compression type. The same extension can contain different data formats.
- With a fixed HDR exposure count, every bracket must be complete. Use automatic grouping for mixed counts.
- If the problem continues, email info@fasthdr.cz with the camera model, file extension and displayed error. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
What format will the edited photo use?
After payment, you download the processed result, not a new RAW file. Export settings offer JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF and JPEG XL. Check the requirements of your real estate portal first; JPEG is often a practical choice for broad compatibility.
Unpaid photos are available for 7 days after upload and paid photos for 7 days after payment. Keep your own backups of originals and finished results.
